Our Customized Menu plan is available in four, eight or twelve week time frames. We will create a menu plan customized specifically for your dog’s health and/or medical issues.
NOTE: If your dog is not currently eating fresh, whole-foods, we recommend you purchase the 12-week plan to safely transition your dog off commercial dog foods.
